To make an appointment:
Appointment times are from 9am until 11:15am on Thursday and Friday.
After twelve noon we will allow walk ins without appointments. We can only accommodate up to 20 customers at a time plus 5 workers and rarely have that many customers at one time in the afternoon. Time slots requiring an appointment for Thursday and Friday:

Time slots for Saturday are:
10am
10:45am
After 11:45 on Saturday anyone can come to the sale without an appointment.

Provide your name(s) listing your desired appointment time and include a second choice time slot as well. I will promptly reply back with a confirmation of your appointment time and provide you with the address of the estate sale. You must text regardless of having to get an appointment in order to receive the address!
We will not be using our traditional yellow and black signs.
We require that all of our customers wear a mask and we will be providing hand sanitizer.
Our checkout station will be in the garage with the doors open so that we are close to fresh air. Additionally, besides the garage all of the sale items will be on the first floor with the windows open and the huge refinished basement with outside air coming in.
We will provide all bags and wrapping!
We accept cash, checks and credit and debit cards(no fee)!
Please remember to park thoughtfully!
Please arrange for someone to help you remove large items!
Must sell everything on Saturday! We will have 50% off or better and box lots!
