Chester County Estate and Tag Sales offers comprehensive services covering all aspects of the sale.
We begin with an initial consultation where staff will determine “VVV,” or “value, variety and volume” of the client’s possessions. We will determine if the sale is a good fit for our services. If it is, we will move forward to establish a schedule.
We require two to three weeks notice to prepare for a final three day weekend sale. We work closely with our clients to meet their needs on an individual basis in order to prepare and value items for the sale.
We manage all marketing for the sale, including social media promotion and physical advertising. Our services include twenty-five eye-catching customized outdoor signs and a promotional email to our growing contact list of over 1,400 local customers.
We provide a full inventory of all sale items. We appraise fine furniture, rugs and jewelry. We relocate furniture as needed and sort through cabinets, closets, etc.
We sort and stage all items, provide tables for item display and checkout, and price and label all items for sale.
We staff a three-person checkout and provide all wrapping and bags, in addition to staffing house monitors during the sale. CCETS distributes funds to the client on the Monday immediately following the sale.
